BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT
Avoid NSAID use 1 week prior to procedure (Alleve, Ibuprofen, Naproxen, Advil).
Avoid coloring hair 2 weeks prior to procedure.
Drink plenty of fluids the day of and day prior to procedure.

ARRIVING AT THE BAR
Our office is conveniently located at 1142 West Madison Street, Suite 306, in the heart of the thriving West Loop of Chicago, IL.
When you reach our building, Press "Directory" on pad and search "Confidence Bar" or enter "306". We're just a quick elevator ride or short walk up the stairs to the third floor where Suite 306 awaits.
For your convenience, you'll find street parking available right on Madison St. If you prefer a hassle-free parking experience, you can also use handy apps like 'SpotHero' or 'ParqEx' to secure a spot.

POST TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
You may expect a certain degree of discomfort, lingering soreness of the scalp for 24-48hrs.
You may bruise at the blood draw site or treatment site.
Cool compresses can be applied to reduce discomfort and swelling if necessary.
Avoid vigorous exercise, sun exposure, and heat exposure for at least 24 hours following your treatment.
Make sure you only use clean linens and towels for the first 72 hours.
Please avoid hot saunas, spas or swimming pools for the following 72 hours. .
Avoid warm environments (i.e., hot tubs, jacuzzi, hot showers, steam rooms, hot yoga, saunas, etc.) for 72hours.
It is recommended to have a minimum of 3 treatments, 4-6 weeks apart for maximum benefit.
Avoid coloring hair 2 weeks after treatment.
Expectations:
Estimated Number of scalp treatments 4-6 typically spaced 4-6 weeks apart but can be sooner.
Maintenance treatments are suggested to maintain and optimize treatment results.
Slowing of hair shedding and gradual hair growth is seen over next 3-6 months.
New hair growth typically noticed after the 2nd or 3rd treatment.
While we cannot guarantee regrowth of new hair, rate of hair loss declines and hair shaft strengthens.

DAY OF TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS
Please arrive at your appointment with clean hair and scalp with no hair products such as gel and hair spray in your hair.
Please prepare for the procedure by eating a full meal at least 2-3 hours beforehand.
